  1. Introduction

Loeriesfontein and Khobab Wind Farm invites qualified and experienced training providers to submit quotations for the provision of computer training services for Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs). The objective is to enhance digital literacy and improve the business capabilities of participating SMMEs.

  1. Scope of Work

The successful service provider will be required to deliver computer training covering, but not limited to, the following modules:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Windows Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Outlook and Email
  • Internet and Online Safety
  • Cloud Storage and Collaboration Tools
  • Digital Marketing Basics
  • Introduction to Bookkeeping Software (optional)
  • Practical Assessments and Certification
  1. Target Participants
  • SMME owners
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Business managers
  • Administrative staff employed by SMMEs

  1. Training Requirements

The bidder should provide:

  • Qualified and experienced facilitators
  • Training manuals and learner materials
  • Practical computer-based training
  • Assessments and certificates of completion
  • Attendance registers
  • Training reports
  • Evaluation reports
  1. Deliverables

The successful bidder shall provide:

  • Training implementation plan
  • Course materials
  • Facilitation of training
  • Learner assessments
  • Certificates of completion
  • Final training report with attendance records
  1. Mandatory Requirements

Interested bidders must submit:

  • Company registration documents
  • Valid Tax Compliance Status (or PIN)
  • B-BBEE Certificate/Affidavit
  • Relevant accreditation
  • Company profile
  • At least three contactable references for similar work
  • CVs of facilitators
  1. Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on:

  • Compliance with mandatory requirements
  • Relevant experience
  • Qualifications and experience of facilitators
  • Methodology and implementation plan
  • Price
  • Value-added services
  1. Pricing Schedule

The quotation should clearly indicate:

  • Cost per participant
  • Training material costs
  • Venue costs
  • Equipment costs (if applicable)
  • VAT (where applicable)
  • Total project cost
  1. Submission

Proposals should be submitted no later than:
